Household products are often advertised and sold via TV Shop. Boring and traditional. Blender manufacturer Blendtec takes a more inventive inventive tack: Will It Blend? A promotional site where they use the company blender to blend.. well, pretty much what ever they can find. Glow sticks, diamonds, Janet Jackson, golf clubs, light bulbs, action […]

Greenpeace is picking a fight (and rightly so) with Apple for their non-environmental use of hazardous substances in products. Have a look at Greenmyapple. It’s a nice idea and a well executed one too. Interesting read all the way trough. Worth a visit and a thought.

Some absolutely ridiculously crazy flash animation by Big Spaceship on the site for Underworld Evolution. Make sure you click around and try out the game inside. The details and advanced use of flash, film and features of flash player 8 is simply stunning.

The germans build some of the finest cars around. I’d buy one if I got to go pick it up in this place - The new Volkswagen storage facility in Wolfsburg, Germany. Less expensive to build, more practical, fully automatic and way, way cooler.

We’ve just released the site for this year’s Electrolux Design Lab-Competition!
I think it turned out as a great site for the event and it was also an interesting
process, especially since it landed in something this analogue.

300 is one of my favourite comic books and is created by Frank Miller, probably most famous for creating Sin City. It’s a one-off story about 300 Spartans lead by King Leonidas against a Persian army to which they were vastly outnubered.Just like Sin City it’s being adapted for film, something I’m personally looking forward […]

The ones of you who have been to New York might have missed parks and green areas. That is going to change soon as an old railroad track called ‘The Highline‘ is getting a revamp and turned into a park. The 1.6 km long park spans over 22 blocks and will be a great addition […]

To follow up on the so very cool Optimus keyboard I posted about a while ago, rumours are beginnig to fly that Apple is planning something along the same lines for coming versions of the PowerBook. If it’s true it could be a nice addition. I wish they would replace the entire keyboard straigh away […]

Those futuristic screens from Monority Report is not as far away as I thought. Check out this video demo of the Multi-Input Touch Screen developed by Jeff Han of New York University. The screen measures 91 by 69 cm with a sensitivity of 2.5mm. It’s getting there

I just heard about something called shot codes – it is a URL transformed into a graphical symbol, a circle made out of small black blocks – like the square pixel codes on freight goods or like EAN bar codes. These shot codes can be used pretty much everywhere there are URLs today, on club […]
